Review on MDAIRC by Joel Gumbiner

Having spent several years in the horticulture business, I was eager to peruse MDAIRC's web shop. Unfortunately, it wasn't a great experience for me. I received low-quality goods that were not at all what was described. I called customer service to ask about a refund, and they were rude and unhelpful. I had to jump through hoops to even receive a response, and then the firm seemed more concerned with apologizing than fixing the problem. The overall quality of the products and the assistance I received from MDAIRC's online store left me quite unhappy. As a professional in the area, I cannot endorse their offerings.
