Updated (2/15/2021) - I submitted my request for the improved/deluxe model and a small piece of plastic. And I was essentially told that it was my fault and I knew everything before I even bought it. No, I was told that it is reinforced and stronger than the regular model. Not that it's the same. The response I received was disrespectful. I told them about it and got an apology, but it wasn't supposed to be like that. The original review is posted below. Good. So the bike rack seems solid. The build and design is probably comparable to more expensive bike racks. Well packaged, all parts were included. The support team is open 24 hours, but it's not very helpful. I have problems. The directions are terrible! You can also save paper. The Deluxe is no different from the regular model. It's not reinforced or anything. Same design but they add a cheap plastic element. Wrenches are useless. The plastic element on the Deluxe is most likely not suitable for the product and will most likely fall off. To be honest, I don't even want to leave him alone so he doesn't hit anyone on the street. The paint could be a little better quality.
