Bike rack ok. I would say it fits 3 bikes instead of 4. I have bikes with 26" wheels and it barely fits 3 of them. The post itself wobbles when it's on the tow hook, but my brother suggested I just put some foam on it to keep it from wobbling. It's safe where I would use it to transport bikes in the area. I haven't felt comfortable using it on the highway yet.

I just received and assembled the bike hitch. Missing 1/2-13 unc nut for hitch bolt and double guard. The instructions are difficult to follow, but if you're mechanically inclined, you can figure it out. A bicycle hitch is perfect for a car hitch, but it has a lot of play and won't fit exactly. It seems solid but I have yet to load it up with bikes. I may need to use shims on the hitch to keep it from moving as much. I will update my review as soon as I can use it.

On the plus side, the solid build when assembled. Spend the extra cash on a functional rack, too. The tool that comes with it is a joke. So make sure you have your own. The instructions are almost the same. Nothing is labeled so the photos below are key. The kit contains parts that are not included in the instructions. Product appears to be of good quality. Directions are terrible. Parts are identified with letters (AK and Z), but the letters do not appear on the parts or in the item list. Not a big problem other than with the screws, but you can figure it out by trial and error. Torque wrenches are garbage and bent to the point of being useless. A 1/2 inch nut was missing. Updated (2/15/2021) - I submitted my request for the improved/deluxe model and a small piece of plastic. And I was essentially told that it was my fault and I knew everything before I even bought it. No, I was told that it is reinforced and stronger than the regular model. Not that it's the same. The response I received was disrespectful. We bought this rack about a month ago and have put it on almost 1,400 miles since then. It was easy enough to assemble and install on the hitch. One thing that bothered me before our first ride was that the saddles could slide off the ends on each rail as there was nothing stopping them.
