It's not worth saving a few bucks.

On the plus side, the solid build when assembled. Spend the extra cash on a functional rack, too. The tool that comes with it is a joke. So make sure you have your own. The instructions are almost the same. Nothing is labeled so the photos below are key. The kit contains parts that are not included in the instructions. Also, details that need to be included are missing. There is no bike strap stopper, so bikes could potentially slip off when accelerating. It would be better for consumers if Revain stopped listing this.
