Review on 🚲 X-BULL Sports 4-Bike Hitch Racks: Foldable, Versatile, and Adjustable Rack for Cars, Trucks, and SUV's by Alex Pollard

Product appears to be of good quality. Directions are terrible. Parts are identified with letters (AK and Z), but the letters do not appear on the parts or in the item list. Not a big problem other than with the screws, but you can figure it out by trial and error. Torque wrenches are garbage and bent to the point of being useless. A 1/2 inch nut was missing. There was no mention of any part that was included to hold the bike mount firmly in the hitch receptacle either way. There is also a link to a 'Z' part which was not included (not in pictures online) meant to match the connection of the two main parts. I don't use this regularly so it's ok but a little surprised that a product that appears to be good quality has so many obvious issues with the instructions and delivery of the correct parts.
