Review on Inov-8 Women's Flite 245 Cross Trainer Shoes: Athletic Footwear for Men by Dennis Wood
These are the best running shoes I've ever had.
I haven't bought inov8 shoes for many years, they were too expensive to only last 8 months so I was skeptical about buying another pair. However, when I tried them on in the running shop, it was love at first step. They're a little less supportive than I need (I have slightly high arches) but still very comfortable. The toe box is comfortably wide and reinforced in the toe area for extra protection. They are light and the profile is very grippy. It's too early to tell if they'll last, but they're definitely worth buying. For reference, I bought 8 wide.
Pros
- Provides excellent support and stability for cross training and cardio training.
Cons
- May not provide enough support for people with weak ankles.
