Very very disappointed. Zulai claims they have a lifetime guarantee. They were quick to reply to my email and assured me they would send me another blower stating they had a bad batch of blowers. They said they just needed my address. Everything sounded good. After waiting a month for delivery, I asked for an estimated delivery date. You don't answer. Every morning I used the frother to make 2 cups of foam to complete multiple cups of coffee. It takes less than 30 seconds to prepare each cup of foam, so I used it for about 1 minute a day. The rooster died 2 months later. 60 days with 2 minutes = 2 hours usage for $11. It's not the battery, the foam compound will slow down and die, new batteries won't revive it. Is this the best we can expect from a product with what appears to be a bogus lifetime warranty?
