Beautiful but thin: kitchen and table linen

This is very beautiful but very thin. Due to the slippery nature of the material, it slides too easily on our wooden table (we have cats that love to hop). It would be great if you put it on top of the tablecloth or if a slightly less slippery material was added to the bottom. Although I bought it for Christmas, it can also be used in the fall with more autumnal table decorations.
