This is a simple access point/router that you can take anywhere. Pros: It supports 4G and 3G speeds. Strangers say Guest or 1234. Cons: Getting to a 4G network can be a bit disconcerting at times. At first I was only able to get 3G speeds with it, which was frustrating as it says 4G LTE at the bottom. The next day I got 4G at work, not at home, so I fiddled with the menu and found I had to search for a network multiple times to connect to 4G. Connection was established within seconds, results may vary depending on the area you are in. Since the screen says 4G and not 4G LTE, I find that misleading. However, the differences in the two are very minimal and do not affect media playback or download speeds (in my use of this device and other devices). Another downside is the lack of a carrying case other than the round black cardboard box it comes in, but that's to be expected at this price point. No stars for tech support or touchscreen as it's not touchscreen and I didn't need to contact tech support, but I was pretty direct in explaining how it works.
