Very clear visual projection, the stadium lines are clear and the compass is accurate compared to my lens compass. A bright yellow carrying strap would make them easier to locate if they go overboard. Their sharpness is very good compared to my expensive 10 x 50 glasses and hard to beat for the price. Yes, I recommend them to anyone who needs marine binoculars. Can reevaluate them after using them for a year. As said, they are quite heavy but the strap is well padded as is the carrying case.
