I bought the product for my wife because she mentioned that she needs a new hair dryer. I figured since it was pink with rose gold trimmings I figured she'd like it. A hair dryer is just a hair dryer, right? I do not think so. She didn't find it ergonomically comfortable and the dryer was larger than she was used to. Pros: Dries hair quickly. The hair dryer is also lightweight which is another plus but as it is uncomfortable for her to hold she wasn't thrilled with it. The nozzle does not snap into place as easily as in their previous hair dryers. It took a few tries, but once you get the hang of it you're good to go. Overall the product was just ok.
