Just what I wanted for my nephew for Christmas, who works for 911 and says he gets stiff neck from being on the phone for 10 hour shifts.He loved it and even said he was going to take it to work with him to heat up In the microwave during his shift. He also is a big guy waiting to get into the sheriffs dept. so the extra long size was great. My only complaint is it could have been an inch wider, but otherwise perfect!It's soft red plaid fleece but also comes in lots of colors and styles,Just heat in the microwave 2-3 mins and your good to go. Start with 2 mins or you can burn the rice inside and then the inside will smell scorched forever, then slowing go up to as much as 3 mins for really hot. I have have several of these and learned the hard way. Really decent price and excellent customer service follow-up emailing me to see if I was happy with the purchase and also including heating instructions In the package. Try one it's great for all kinds of aches and pains and even warming up the bed on a cold winter night. I am a regular 64 year old customer not paid or given a free sample.
