Review on 📶 NBS AT&T BGW-320 Wireless-ax Integrated ONT Voice Gateway (Fiber ONLY) - Replacing BGW-210 by Mack Cruz

The seller (NBS) originally shipped the wrong item which caused a slight delay. However, they sent the correct item as soon as they received confirmation that I had sent the wrong item back. The right modem arrived today and looks almost new despite being sold. The lack of an SFP port was a bit disappointing, but the description clearly states that not all accessories will be present. I connected the modem via the ONT port and installed it in about 5 minutes. Super easy installation for my situation. Wi-Fi seems very strong and works well with my Netgear router. The interface is easy to navigate and much faster than my old Pace modem. The UI seems solid, but it's hard to tell since this is day one. I have to give 3 stars because you can get this modem "for free" through AT&T if you reach the right support agent. I will update this review if I run into any issues but so far the only reason for the 4 stars is the initial bad modem error.
