Always had problems from day one. I sent them the first unit and the same problem with the replacement. The device must be constantly restarted at least 3 times a week. I turn on the TV and just a black screen, restart the device and a cable appears. I'm an AV installer, so that's what I do for a living. I definitely wouldn't sell this to any of my customers, but you get what you paid for for a cheap 4K sensor. I had to install an IP exit controller so I could just reboot from my phone. I got tired of going down to the basement every time this happened.
