Talentcell has excellent customer service. I was unable to charge the battery past 13.4V up to the 14.6V you'd expect from a new battery. I contacted Talentcell customer support and got a very quick and helpful set of response that lead to finding that my charger was at fault and using a better charger I was able to charge to 14.6 V and then via a setup where I constantly drew 1A from the battery until shutdown confirmed that I was getting the specified 24aH from the battery. I am very happy with their customer support and the performance, lightness and packaging of the battery.
