The taste would definitely get five stars except it leaves an artificial sweetener aftertaste. In terms of versatility, I've only seen two flavors of Angel Food Pie and Brownie. I bought the Angel Food Cake and it's amazing, the quality of the product seems very good, I've been using it for a few days and I definitely think I can buy it except that it leaves an artificial aftertaste sweetener.
