Review on EZ Brite Hard Anodized Aluminum Cookware by Keegan Hillyer

A wonderful hard-anodized non-stick Anolon skillet I've owned for over 25 years has gotten into a pretty awkward shape. It was no longer non-stick and there were brown stains from accidental abuse everywhere. Before I give it up and buy a new pan, I decided to try EZ Brite Hard Anodized Aluminum Cookware Cleaner. The container arrived half full and the cleaning pad was dipped in a goo that caused me to fish it out from under the floor. But as soon as I started using it, my frying pan got clean instantly! All the stains inside are gone now and it works the same as it did in the mid 90's. I have no idea what's in the cleaner as the container and company's website are pretty vague and my hands started to burn a little while cleaning, but I'm really glad my nonstick pan is back!
