Review on Orum by Andrew Jenkins

The platform has been used by us for over 2 years now, across multiple channels - B2B & consumer to drive revenue growth through insights-led campaigns as well as automation at scale (using bot framework). We have seen an increase from 20% upsell rate using this tool compared to previous solutions that we were running prior to implementation ORUM! Not much so far - but would love it if they can integrate chatbot functionality within their product too! Please consider doing same when you implement similar solution or use any other third party vendor's products / services. Needed all 3 components i.e., lead generation/qualification, marketing optimization along with CRM integration.
