Really good quality! They clean glasses really well without the need for additional sprays. They worked for months as a standalone cleaning tool for my glasses. Yes, I really like cleaning my glasses haha. I haven't found any other fabrics that do this. In hindsight, not only were the old wipes uncomfortable, they were also expensive as they slowly peeled the coating off my lenses. They seem softer than other microfiber towels I've had. I'm not worried about my lens getting scratched. The fabrics are moderately thick - not too thick, but don't wear out that quickly either. Big enough to cut in half - I cut them to avoid bulky pant pockets and to keep them in different places.
