I was so upset I thought I had to send
For anyone complaining about noise, there's a simple solution. We got ours and turned it on and it made the most annoying noise. I was so disappointed I thought we had to return it. My husband decided to remove the back and look inside and indeed there was a long spinning wheel in there that must have come loose in transit. He put it back in and "Voila". no more noise We love it!
