It's cheap. The image advertised has a black backing with a valve stem and an arrow so you know which way to put it. The center cap should follow the ideal direction, not just the way you put it on. As you can see from the picture I provided, the ones I received are thin, light weight and have no arrows or guidelines. 👎🏼Cheap ($) = Cheap production and materials. But for this price you won't find a better option.
