In regards to it being used as a coffee mug rack
I was nervous about this purchase that it would hold mugs, but it is doing just fine with 8 cups on it. I like that I can adjust it.The only thing I am weary about is that these are pegs and not hooks, so potentially easier for the cups to come off. They are long enough that normal day to day activity won't bother the cups. It'sa safe spot where nothing should bang hard into the wall and i live in the Midwest, so earthquakes are fairly rare, so not anything I have to worry about too much.
