I like that they are very knowledgeable about their product, which makes it easy for them to help me with my specific questions. They also have great customer service! Sometimes things can get lost in translation between our teams but we work out any issues quickly so there's no big deal. Make sure you go into this interview knowing what your expectations are from day 1. It will make life easier once onboarding because everyone knows where everything fits within the system.
