Overall great vacuum cleaner. Pros: Swiveling head, excellent pet hair removal, reusable around the home, and easy to transport in multi-story buildings. The swivel head allows for very smooth movement around the home and easily reaches under furniture or into corners with a single pass. It does an excellent job of removing pet hair with both the bottom unit and the pet hair attachment. We have a scratching post that is VERY covered in cat hair and the pet hair attachment cleaned it like new. The normal ground unit picked it up perfectly too. We have 2 cats, very severe hair loss and this vacuum cleaner is holding up great. We also have a deep pile carpet in the living room and putting the brush in the vanity still removes it all pretty well. Numerous uses around the home: I've used the hose to vacuum baseboard heaters, under furniture on hardwood floors, and the lint collectors in our dryer. Many uses. We have a two story loft with carpet on the top floor and carrying the vacuum cleaner up and down the stairs is a breeze. Both I and my girlfriend have almost no complaints. Cons: Long hair gets a bit tangled around the brush in the bottom unit and you have to constantly pull it out if you want the brush to be clean at all times. Also, the hose sucks so much that it won't stretch as far as it seems. I'm glad I ignored all the bad reviews that were here. This vacuum cleaner was a great addition to our home!
