I bought a new HP printer and ordered these cartridges with my printer. I had to replace the black cartridge yesterday and found some tools and instructions to replace the small chip that comes with the OEM product. A normal person can't handle it - I've been working on this project for over an hour, I've installed the chip, but all the printouts are just black - the whole page is black. Cartridges have to be thrown away because. I can no longer return them - but I warn you not to buy this toner. Get one with a chip - or even OEMs - btw. I will never buy an HP printer again. They force the customer to buy toner at an inflated price.
