The ability for us as marketers at our organization using this tool was able find new ways of reaching out potential customers that we previously couldn't do because they were not online or didn’t use social media platforms like Facebook & Twitter etc.. It also helps gather information from people who are interested but may be unable reach them through other methods such as phone calls which can easily go unanswered! This has helped tremendously increase revenue throughout my department within salesforce!!
