Review on VHBW Surface Pro Charger: Compatible with Surface Pro X, Pro Tablet, Surface Book, and Surface Laptop - 15V2.58A Power Supply by Frank Harwood

I bought this charger in September 2019. I noticed that it didn't charge in April/May 2020 (Saturday morning :-( ). I contacted Tedadaptor - he best contacts you here on Revain. The email on the box didn't work. They did on Monday replied and promised to ship within a week (more time due to the COVID-19 situation) The charger came as promised and not much Luckily I have a very old computer that surprisingly works and I don't remember that I did had so many problems with it (microsoft, xps) very disappointed with the surface pro and its chargers tedadaptor seems to be doing the same how can the 24 month guarantee really work and it's a great deal for the price ah the quality is better than others - i tried 2 other chargers i bought and expected this when i arrived i decided to keep an extra charger for myself just to be sure - my customers can en can't wait for my charger to be replaced. Microsoft Perez hoists to be reliable. This is my third charger and my second Surface Pro. The first (Surface Pro 4) received a faulty processor. At least Microsoft traded it in for free since it was a manufacturing issue (great!). But I had to transfer all the data manually - a lot of work.
