Normal quality, you can use it.
Model for the Asian market. Its pros: I am writing a review about models 17B and 15B. The models are intended for the Chinese market and are not manufactured or imported into the USA. The insides are of good quality, better than most Chinese rattles, but they fall short of the original US ones in terms of shielding, protection, etc. Some cons: Measurement accuracy and methodology differs from Fluke 87V and 179 In the USA it does not fall under certification, respectively, it is not allowed to work with the requirements of insurance companies.
