No complaints, I recommend to buy.

Probes like a cheap Chinese noname. On these probes, even the resistance does not show zero! I would 1000r. paid extra for original fluke probes made in USA. Why are devices for our country so cheap. The whole impression is spoiled by world-famous devices.

Pros
  • Reliable manufacturer, backlight and screen size, everything is simple and clear.
Cons
  • Slag probes

Normal quality, you can use it.

Model for the Asian market. Its pros: I am writing a review about models 17B and 15B. The models are intended for the Chinese market and are not manufactured or imported into the USA. The insides are of good quality, better than most Chinese rattles, but they fall short of the original US ones in terms of shielding, protection, etc. Some cons: Measurement accuracy and methodology differs from Fluke 87V and 179 In the USA it does not fall under certification, respectively, it is not allowed to…

Better fluke can only be one more fluke. It is not needed for the home. Too precise. I bought a Chinese uni t multimeter for work. The difference in comparison with the fluke in everything. The Chinese cannot measure the resistance exactly on the coils plus the motor, he is lying as he breathes. The same for the rest of the parameters. Fluke like a rock. Shows accurately and measures accurately, where the Chinese simply show or cannot measure a snowstorm. There is nothing better. For precisely…

US version? suitable for multitester

I bought this multimeter because someone told me it was a US version. I wonder why it took a while to receive it as most Revain products ship very quickly. It is definitely made in China. It came in one of their crappy boxes with the usual inserts. The operating instructions are written entirely in Chinese. There is a very small newspaper with English writing. I think I need to learn Chinese!

Best gauge I've ever had

I'm 66 years old and have had gauges for 45 years and this is the simplest and most basic gauge for everything it does. I didn't get the instruction manual, but I found out a lot on my own. Very large display, just great! A backlight that actually illuminates the opening of the screen! There is nothing strange about this counter. GREAT BUY for sure. Now I have 5 meters, this is my pet, after only 1 day of its stress test. Many Thanks. Ron

  • Sturdy construction

Defective devices from China.

I ordered this meter to try and save money on a Fluke meter. Big mistake. The first one I got had a blown 440mA fuse and looked like it was second hand. I returned it and ordered a new one from another seller. The second one I got couldn't measure the resistance. The counter will constantly search. I tried 3 different sets of Fluke cables and new batteries. Every time I switched the meter to continuous, it switched the meter from autoranging to manual. I also returned this counter. waste of…

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly

As the price goes away

Wanted a high end multimeter and this one doesn't disappoint! The only thing that confuses me is the quality of the test leads. They look cheap and the wires are stiff. I actually replaced them with wires for my $25 Radio Shack gauge, which I think is a lot better. 40 MΩ), its price, and a dedicated mA input for mA and µA measurements. If you're a hobbyist working primarily on low power circuits and you're on a budget, this is a great meter.

Pros
  • cool product

The best, inexpensive and high-quality counter!

Elec Field Eng. retired. I just had to do some tests. I tested the Fluke 17B against 5 other 5 VDC / 9 VDC and 110 VAC wall outlet testers and got (+/- 0.05 VDC and +/- 1.0 VAC). I actually like the 17B for the price, LARGE DISPLAY, TEMPERATURE SENSOR, BACKLIGHT, FUZED AND PRECISION. Original Fluke conductors! Comparing all 6 meters, this is the best buy. Download the FLUKE MANUAL online for FREE. There are MANY features you wouldn't expect from this great value meter, it offers all of these…

This is the Fluke you always wanted to buy!

For years I wanted a good multimeter, but I keep buying cheap/crappy ones because what I wanted (Fluke 87) was damn expensive ($500+!). Other cheaper Fluke models were intended for electricians or HVAC specialists and weren't very suitable for everything I wanted to do with a multimeter. In the hobby area you need functions of very small voltages and currents up to 220 V and 15 or 30 amps. The only fluke in the line to do so was the 87th. . or so I thought until I saw this model recommended in…

EE - Happy with the purchase

I'm EE and recently bought this for home use. I've been struggling with the idea of buying an inexpensive meter, but can't justify the cost of a full-featured Fluke for home use. I've tried a few other brands in the past and have always been disappointed, mostly with the weird UI and auto-range behavior. This meter works just like any other Fluke. Like others, I have found that I can measure error, which is more than I would normally expect from Fluke. I haven't dived very deep, but this mostly

Inaccurate - Electrical

I bought this Fluke 17B+ for one reason - to confirm or allay my concerns about parasitic power consumption in my car. I connected a Fluke 17B+ along with an Etekcity MSR-A600 (another multimeter) between the ground wire and the car battery negative terminal, both multimeters set to A (DC) (plug the wires into the correct sockets). Fluke showed 0.102A, Etekcity 0.000A. Switched to miliAmps (including leads). Fluke showed 0.00mA and Etekcity showed 3.48mA. According to Fluke measurements, my car
