this was one of the best investments i did for my house and family, extremely easy install, kinda plug and play, wireless setup forks fantastic but if u run Ethernet is even better. the NVR is so easy to understand and personalize and u can pull recording from the app and show off with your friends . i had a little problem with one of the cameras not getting power and i contacted customer service (Will) and he help me in no time sending a replacement in 2 days, we talk on dm and he solved my problem in minutes, Will is amazing and thanks to hes awesome work ill be buying more products from this business.i had really low expectation when i got this product but and so happy now, thanks Will
