Received Maihear in box marked "DAMAGED NOT FOR SALE "
1st what I like is the Maihear hearing aid looks good and can be used with cell phone for music, phone calls and serves as a hearing aid.2nd didn't like it was labeled "DAMAGE" when I received it and called Walmart customer service only to be told that they would not replace it and I had to order another one at a higher price ($50) more. I have been a loyal Prime member for many years and never had anything like this happen before.Why send out a product clearly marked "Do not Sale" that does not work and not exchange it since it for another for the same price?Totally disappointed with the responses from Walmart Customer Service department.I have referred many to Walmart Prime and bragged about the Excellent service, but with this issue disappointed 👎👎
