This pump sits in the bathtub on the floor next to a set of four PVC pipes with mesh pots in the holes - water is pumped into the first pipe and through the fourth pipe which directs the water back into the bath. This pump works great for this system. My plants are doing very well - this time nice green, healthy lettuce, next time maybe strawberry plants. I enjoy the wonders of hydroponic gardening - you need a pump to make it work well and this works well in my first system.
