This is the narrowest flat sheet I have ever had a problem with. Not only is the manufacturer exaggerating by saying the sheet fits a 12 inch mattress (mine is much smaller and the sheet hardly stretches), but the fabric and elastic are about 2 inches too small in diameter for the size the mattress. Mattress. In fact, I tensed a muscle in my back trying to put a sheet on the bed. However, the sheet feels like real cotton and isn't too fine and smooth, which I like. I've been using it for about a week and I love the feel of the sheet now that it's on the bed. I'll update this review in a few months to reflect how the blade is holding up, but I'm suspicious of how long it will hold up as it really isn't the size it should be.
