Works a little, but very nice!
I think it looks charming and quite durable! The only thing wrong was the size. He's too small! My 20 lb dachshund mix usually wears a size smaller, but I had to return the small size to order a size up. She needed a medium size and the medium fit her perfectly! My 30 lb terrier mix usually wears a medium sized collar, but I had to get her a size up. Also, it's very cute!
