SSD disconnects USB connection on its own. At first I thought it was just a crappy USB cable. when i realized that the problem was actually in the usb-c port area. It appears that it was not installed correctly, causing the cable connection to move. Amazon sent me a replacement overnight. When I received the replacement box, I noticed that the box actually looks smooth? compared to 1st and there were Seagate stamped decals on the hole. it wasn't original. n it worked without connection problems. Maybe the first one I got was a return, but if anyone has a problem my Likr has done it. let's replace. the drive is actually the best imho, it doesn't even get hot during operation. That's the main reason why I like this SSD for PS4
