I had heard great things about RATIVE, an online company that sells a variety of accessories, footwear, and apparel, and I couldn't wait to give it a try. My disappointment in finding that RATIVE did not live up to my expectations stems from the fact that I place a high value on the quality and longevity of the athletic gear I wear. On their website, they had a variety of sports shoes and clothing that appeared like it would be a good fit for me, but when I received my order, I was surprised to find that the quality of the materials used was not very high. The apparel and shoes both seemed to be made of thin material, and neither provided the necessary support nor cushioning for the busy lifestyle that I lead. To make matters even worse, their customer support was unhelpful and slow to respond. When I wanted to cancel my order, I had to go through a lot of hoops to get a response, and when I did, they refused to work with me to find a solution that was to my satisfaction. In the end, I was forced to pay for my purchase out of pocket and begin my quest for high-quality athletic clothing somewhere else. Avoid RATIVE if you want to find athletic gear that is long-lasting, of high-quality, and my recommendation is that you do not spend too much money on it. They just do not live up to their claims of providing quality products and excellent service to customers; hence, you would be better off putting your hard-earned money elsewhere.
