Lowkey shady good for me

So I have previously rated this product 3 stars however I am now moving it to 1 star. I would like to start this review off with saying that I am not allergic to silicone/silicone products. So a few months ago I had bought this product and they worked wonders, they were easy to fit into my ears and they looked good on me. The only down side was that they would fall out of my ears very easily when I slept so I took them out at night which I was fine with sense it also helped my ears stay healthy. However when I started to take them out they would hurt, after I would take the. Out my ear would become sore and hurt to touch. I thought that I just needed to clean them and oil my ears but that didn't stop the pain, also during the day they would become very itchy. Now as for the reason I'm writing this review. For contacts my left ear was 23 mm and my right ear was 20 mm (based on the sizing for the silicone plugs) and I decided to put 20mm plugs in that I've owned previously and it went into my left ear perfectly, however when it came to my right ear they wouldn't go in. I thought that maybe my ears were dry and such so I grabbed the taper that game with the jewelry I had owned before this and I tried to push it threw my ear with oil but it just wouldn't budge. To make an even longer story shorter I was able to force my own 20 mm into my right ear. My right ear practically stunk to about a size 17mm. The inside of my ears were had scabs as well. When it comes to my ears and my streched loves I take them very seriously and to me this product has severely disappointed me and cause me stress.
