1. Intermittent access to the menu (sometimes the buttons seem to work, sometimes they don't) and in any case files are not deleted even after it says delete. 2. It is not possible to turn on the device without starting a new recording without asking the user to start it (i.e. no start button - when you turn on the device a new WAV file is automatically created even if you it stops after a second or two - and on my device the recorder doesn't delete files so they keep accumulating).3. One of the promotional images shows a hand operating a much larger device, but when it arrives, the device is tiny, tiny, tiny.4. The instruction manual itself is tiny and difficult to read.5. There is no link how the user can access the settings menu with the intended functions like adding a password.6. I would give it 0 stars if I could because I only got to the device after closing the return window and discovered these issues. live and learn
