Arrived well packaged, no dents, scratches or the like. All screws, nuts etc. as well as brackets. Installed on a 2000 Ford Ranger everything ran smoothly. I tightened the bolt that sits midway between the two tubes just in case they try to back away from the vibration. I've been carrying stairs for about 2 months, no problems.
