Review on Yardi Energy Solution by Mark Deuschle

I like that yardi is easy to use and easy to implement. It is user friendly and the support is great. I think you could implement yardi in a smaller utility and not have to spend a fortune on hiring the help to implement it. Yardi is great, but has to be implemented and trained on all levels in the organization. This took time to implement and train, which was costly. It helps with the billing reconciliation process. It helps us understand how we are performing against our budget. It is a great piece when you add it to your fleet management software. The best thing about this product is its ability to view all submeters in one place. I can see when a storm hits a certain area. This makes it easy to understand where there are issues and how often they occur. I cannot find any negatives. It has been a great tool for us to use. This software has helped me keep track of my bill and also helps prevent over usage.
