Poor packaging, suitable for filtering and softening water
It cracked in half, it fell out of the case when I removed the plastic cover? And the carbon filter was broken in half. I was forced to install it because the old one was clogged and I couldn't wait to put it back together and dump it into a jerry can. hope this works It wasn't properly boxed for shipping, being a warehouse manager myself it should have been double boxed. I hope I don't have any problems. helps. I tried it didn't work, my old one didn't work and now I have to go without a filter until I buy a replacement and wait another 5-10 days for delivery. Not very happy.
