Great relief! But starts to feel too moist.
These pads are a postpartum lifesaver. My only complaint is that as they defrost and warm up, it gets pretty wet. So as great as they are for cooling pain relief, they really aren’t great for absorbing additional liquids like blood. I bought other reusable ice packs that I personally prefer over these.
- Can be used for light incontinence
- May not provide enough protection for those with heavy postpartum bleeding
