Review on Blok Design by Chad Gravely

This product has a great deal of potential. However, the customer support is not responsive enough to warrant the price point. The product is very confusing and unintuitive. The technical support has never answered any of my questions. I'm currently locked out of my account because I was unable to log in during the weekend. There is no way to reach someone at the customer service department. If I did manage to login to my account I would still be unable to access any of the other modules that I paid for. The product itself does not seem to have much value. I would recommend looking elsewhere for similar services if you want to use a product such as this.
