I am really enjoying working with Site Builder.

Great experience so far. The website builder has a nice user interface and its fairly easy to use. The customer service was very helpful.I have a couple of suggestions for improvement. Some of the videos could be made better. There should be a button on the video player when clicking on play to skip a video or go back. Also, the navigation of the site builder could be improved. It would be nice if the home tab had a feature that allowed you to see a list of all your pages instead of having to…

We've worked with blokdesign on multiple projects over the years.

I have worked with multiple people at blokdesign over the years. As far as user experience goes, blokdesign does great work. They get my trust because of the variety of skillsets they bring to the table. From UX/UI to graphic design, copywriting to development, no matter how big or small the project, they will make sure it’s delivered on time and within budget.   • You never have to worry about them not showing up, because they will.
  • They also have a very responsive support system, so if they don't know the answer to your question, you can bet someone on their team will know it and be able to provide you with an answer.
Cons
  • The price is a little high compared to other freelance sites
  • While they can accept almost any kind of task, sometimes it's easier to assign specific individuals to certain projects, so if you have a project manager who assigns projects to everyone in his team, he won't necessarily get involved in every single task assigned to him, especially when you ask him to do something that falls outside of his comfort zone.

This product has a great deal of potential. However, the customer support is not responsive enough to warrant the price point. The product is very confusing and unintuitive. The technical support has never answered any of my questions. I'm currently locked out of my account because I was unable to log in during the weekend. There is no way to reach someone at the customer service department. If I did manage to login to my account I would still be unable to access any of the other modules that I
