Pieces fall off on my review.

I loved these at first. My son loved using them to soothe his gums when he was teething. The only thing I do not like about these are that the pieces are falling off. Don’t even know how since obviously my son isn’t shoving the straw that far in his mouth. Luckily the piece that fell off I was able to catch it and throw it out, thankfully he didn’t swallow it. But so far two small balls have fallen off, one fully and one partially.

BPA-free material gives parents peace of mind that their baby is not exposed to harmful chemicals commonly found in plastic teething toys

Cons

The product may not be as safe as other teething aids
