I really like the look of this console and still think I got a good deal overall, but the case makes the console sit very tight on the dock. However, this is not the problem. If you use Joy-Con controllers on your console (e.g. if you use the Switch with your TV) and with ANY Switch accessory, there is a compatibility issue. Another issue is that the covers for the joysticks themselves are quite difficult to put on and take off, and I'm worried about the plastic tearing when removing it from the controllers. I have to say that you get a lot for your money here. It comes with a quality clear screen protector, 4 color 8-way joystick covers (they look amazing!) and a very cool blue case itself. I still think my daughter will put the controller covers back on when we travel with the game, but at home we only have the cover on the console itself, as home controllers are mostly used with various accessories. I wish the plastic was a bit more flexible to make the lid easier to put on without feeling like it's about to break. Adults should probably install it to make sure your kids don't break it.
