I was reluctant to buy a 9.1" for my very old 1996 Toyota Avalon, assuming the hardware was too old, but I bought a Metra adapter, made the necessary modifications and Connections ahead. The car stereo is fully labeled so this was not a problem. I had a small issue where on the home screen I couldn't get the two home screen icons to work so I contacted the support team and explained the issue to them via email Email. They were as quick to respond as Barry (FLASH) Allen. REYNA customer service rep told me to login to the device exactly to do a factory reset. Following the instructions everything went smoothly. Thanks again for customer service. Brand loyalty will always be strong, regardless of the product.
