So. Although it's a lot cheaper I'll tell you that it only has an o-ring on the top to seal the water source in your fridge. There are two of them in the Samsung filter. I'm concerned that it might leak, although my first Pureza filter didn't leak like some reviewers before me claimed. Also, Purez filters slower, now I hear noises (like filter pressure) that I didn't hear before with a real Samsung filter. This may or may not mean better filtration, but it does mean slower water flow from the fridge dispenser (maybe 20% less). Less flow has meant more carefree distribution of the water as the lower pressure means there is little splashing, especially when filling a coffee pot or larger bottles. With all that said I would consider buying it again as it is a lot cheaper than the Samsung filter which doesn't fare much better in the general reviews.
