Review on Compromise by Charles Palma

I like that it's very easy to use, even for those who are not familiar with programming or AI in general! It has helped me understand how my customers think about their problems so we can design solutions together instead of just making assumptions which often leads us down paths where there really isn't much room left (or space) at all. The only thing i dislike when using this software as an advisor/consultant - sometimes you need more than one person working through your notes because they don’t always make sense individually but once both people work them out independently then suddenly everything makes perfect sense :) We have been able solve some difficult customer issues by understanding what our client was trying to say rather than assuming things from previous conversations etc.
