This is a nice addition to our home gym. I was tired of changing out the weight plates on our adjustable dumbbells so having this lets me keep working with little pause between exercises. I use the 35lber for one arm rows which works great. Hubby uses it for tricep extensions mostly. I only got one and didn't actually measure it to make sure it's 35lbs, but it's close enough for us. The "ergonomic" handle is easy to grip and hang on to. I like the hexagon shape of the ends to keep the weight from rolling around since we keep them on the floor rather than in a rack. This seems like the same quality that I've used in commercial gyms.
